Finding the Resch Center from De Pere

The Resch Center is at 820 Armed Forces Drive in Green Bay, across the street from Lambeau Field.

Check your ticket before setting out: the Resch Expo shares the complex, at 840 Armed Forces Drive, so make sure your ticket names the Resch Center rather than the expo venue. The Resch Center is also close to Lambeau Field; for a separate visit, see this guide to visiting Lambeau Field from De Pere.

Tickets and event schedules

Tickets and event schedules

TicketStar is the official ticketing company, and the venue identifies ReschCenter.com and TicketStarOnline.com as places to buy legitimate tickets. Check the event listing and confirm the venue name before purchasing.

The TicketStar Box Office is in the Resch Center lobby. Its listed hours are Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.; on days with a Resch Center event, it opens at 10 a.m. You can call the box office at (920) 494-3401 during its listed weekday phone hours, Monday through Friday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Ticket purchases are final, and refunds are unavailable unless the event is canceled by the tour. Prices and fees may change, and previously purchased tickets can’t be adjusted or exchanged. The venue recommends downloading mobile tickets to your phone before you arrive; mobile tickets printed at home won’t scan at the entrance.

Parking and arrival planning

Parking and arrival planning

For Resch Center events, parking is listed at Lambeau Field or the NV Technologies Fire & Security Parking Lot across from the venue. Lots can be accessed from Lombardi Avenue or Oneida Street.

Parking is cashless, with Venmo, Apple Pay, debit cards, and credit cards listed as accepted payment methods. The official parking information doesn’t give a standard event rate, so check the official site before you go. For another nearby event venue, this guide covers what to check about Lambeau Field parking.

If you’re going with a group by passenger bus, event-day drop-off and pickup are allowed at the Lambeau Field lot. Groups with passengers who have limited mobility and can’t return there after the event should wait together in the lobby for at least 15 minutes before bus pickup at the complex.

Accessibility and venue policies

Accessibility and venue policies

The Resch Center has ADA parking in the NV Technologies Fire & Security Parking Lot across the street. A Department of Transportation disabled parking pass or license plate is required.

Spaces are first-come, first-served and subject to the same parking fees as other spaces; if they’re full, a visitor with a disability may be dropped off at the venue while the vehicle parks in the Lambeau Field lot.

ADA-accessible seating is available online through TicketStar. If you need accessible seating for yourself and a companion, you can call or visit the TicketStar Box Office. Elevators on the east and west sides stop at all floor levels.

Assistive listening devices are available for events using the venue’s internal sound system. Call the TicketStar Box Office at least two weeks before the event to arrange one.

For concerts, comedy shows, and events such as WWE, only small purses no larger than 8.5 by 11 inches are allowed; the venue recommends bringing no purse to speed up security screening.

Prohibited items include bags larger than that, backpacks, suitcases, food and beverage carry-ins, beverage containers, laptops, tablets, umbrellas, strollers, recording equipment, and items that could be used as weapons, among other items.

Camera rules vary by event, so call ahead; when cameras are allowed, they must be small point-and-shoot digital cameras that fit in a pocket. Long-lens and professional cameras aren’t allowed.

Smoking and vaping aren’t allowed inside, but are permitted in designated outdoor areas. Service animals and qualifying service animals in training are allowed; they must stay on a leash or harness at your side. The venue has no public Wi-Fi, coat check, or valet service. Some events don’t allow re-entry after you leave, so ask event staff before exiting.

Before and after an event

Before and after an event

Plan your arrival around the event information and your ticket’s named venue: the Resch Center and Resch Expo are in the same complex but have different addresses. Download mobile tickets before you leave, and check event-specific rules such as camera policies and re-entry before heading inside.

If you’re attending with a passenger bus and need the limited-mobility pickup arrangement, the group should wait together in the lobby for at least 15 minutes after the event before pickup at the complex. That gives you a clear meeting plan without leaving the group to find the vehicle separately.
